Sound bowl therapy is a deeply restorative form of therapy in which the vibrations and sound waves of chimes affect the body and mind. The treatment helps to calm the nervous system, release tension and balance energy flows. It supports recovery and creates a space for rest and presence. <\/p>

Shamanic drumming is a powerful and grounding relaxation technique where the rhythm of the drum leads to a deep state of rest and presence.
