Deep-rectification sound-mould treatments
Sound bowl therapy is a deeply restorative form of therapy in which the vibrations and sound waves of chimes affect the body and mind. The treatment helps to calm the nervous system, release tension and balance energy flows. It supports recovery and creates a space for rest and presence.
Sound bowls can also be played on the client’s body during relaxation. This treatment is not recommended if you have a pacemaker, serious heart disease, cancer or are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
Invigorating drum journeys
Shamanic drumming is a powerful and grounding relaxation technique where the rhythm of the drum leads to a deep state of rest and presence. The steady rhythm of the drum helps to quiet the mind, release tension and strengthen the connection with the body and inner peace. The treatment supports recovery and overall well-being.
Voice training and drumming sessions are carried out at the dojo in the Old School, individual treatments in the treatment room in the centre of Nilsiä.
